    My Signature Dish
Tomato spaghetti is my signature dish. Once you start eating, you can't stop. In order to make this delicious dish, first of all, you have to prepare the following food materials: spaghetti, 5 cherry tomatoes, lettuce, Italian salad dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Second, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 7 minutes and then drain the water. Leaving the noodles aside, wash the tomatoes and lettuce and then cut them into pieces. Later, put the spaghetti onto your dish and put the tomato and lettuce pieces on top. Finally, pour some Italian salad dressing and sprinkle some powdered Parmesan cheese on your spaghetti. In the end, the most delicious tomato spaghetti in the world is ready for you to enjoy!

    Name:Timmy
My mother’s signature dish is tomato omelet. The following are how she prepares it. First, we need to prepare 4 eggs, salt, pepper, one tomato, chopped onion, and ketchup. Then, beat 4 eggs and add 1/4 tablespoon of salt and a pinch of pepper. Next, heat one tablespoon of oil in the wok and put in the mixture. After that, stir fry the eggs; when it’s done, take it out of the wok. Next, heat one tablespoon of oil again. Then, stir fry the tomato dice with 1/8 tablespoon of salt, one cup of water, two tablespoon of ketchup, and one tablespoon of corn starch in them. While waiting for the tomato to be soften, chop some onions and put them aside for later use. When all the ingredients are almost done, put in the eggs and switch to high flames. Then, quickly stir fry the mixture and sprinkle the chopped onions over it. Then the delicious tomato omelet is ready to serve.

  3. My Mother's Signature Dish

Since I was little, my mother has been very good at cooking, so every time when she puts the meal on the table, everyone in my family are absorbed by the mouth-watering dishes, especially, by her signature dish, the Smoked Ribs . The steps of cooking this dish are simple but but the cooking takes patience and subtlety. First of all, marinate the ribs with, basically, salt, vinegar, soy-bean sauce, and some sliced chili for about three hours to flavor it, and you can even add some Malay ingredients depending on your own preference. Second, fry the well-marinated ribs in the frying oil, making it coated with golden brown grease. The last step requires precise estimation because the time of the fumigation process should be very adequate, or the tender texture of the meat won't come out and part of the unique taste will fail.

    My Mother’s Signature Dish

I am proud of my mother’s signature dish--The Three-Colored Eggs. Even though she is not a chef by profession, you can always have faith in her recipes for she is one by nature. First, boil two century eggs and cut two salted eggs in half. Then, put four fresh eggs and some water into a bowl. At the same time, add a spoonful of flavoring in the bowl and gently stir and blend all ingredients in the bowl with chopsticks. Third, put some dried scallops into the bowl. Last, you can steam the mixture for approximately 15 minutes and it is ready to serve.

    My Mother's Signature Dish

My mom’s signature dish “Three-cup King Trumpet Mushroom”never last for over five minutes on the kitchen table. Let me tell you how to prepare this dish. First, pour two spoons of black sesame oil into the cooking pot and heat it. When you see smoke rising from the oil, put a little scallion, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry them. Next, dice chicken legs, king trumpet mushrooms and put them in with a pinch of sugar. Be careful! The following step is the trickiest part: add the three cups: one of soy sauce; another of rice liquor; the other of sesame oil. Simmer it on low flames until the sauce is drying up and getting into the chicken and the mushrooms. Finally, season the dish with some basil leaves and get ready to impress your guests!

    My Killer Dish

My killer dish is Tomato Mozzarella Salad, which is an extremely simple and delicious Italian starter and also one of the few dishes I can prepare. There are many variations of this dish, and the one below is my recipe for four servings. Slice three to four red and firm tomatoes and some mozzarella cheese of the same amount in slices of 0.6 cm. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella in a spiral pattern, overlapping each other, and create a perfect red and white spiral on a big white plate. Spice up the dish with some sea salt, black pepper, a lot of virgin olive oil, a little Balsamic vinegar if you like, and, the most important ingredient of all, julienne basil, which is the essence of this salad. Make sure to sprinkle the mixture over every slice for both flavor and presentation, as if you were creating a masterpiece of oil painting. Before served, place two or three basil leaves in the middle of the spiral. Then, you can serve it and wow the lucky people who have the honor to savor the best Tomato Mozzarella Salad in their life.

    My Mother¡¦s Signature Dish

My mother¡¦s signature dish is pizza rice which is also my favorite. It is rice with pizza topping and a layer of mozzarella cheese on top. First of all, you cut garlic into small pieces and fry it with rice. Then, after putting the rice in a plate, place my mom¡¦s homemade spaghetti sauce on top of the rice. Third, put in all the topping ingredients: shrimp, meat, sausage and so on, on top of the spaghetti sauce you poured on the rice just now. After that, place whatever type of cheese you want on the top layer. Last, put the whole dish into the oven and bake it for approximately 30 minutes, and then my mother¡¦s signature dish is done!
