April Is the Cruelest Month...

May is the most unpredictable month. In mid-May, the weather is changeable so you cannot know either it’s going to rain or not. Even though students can take a few days off school in May, they seem a little low-spirited with the short-term break. They seem to be a group of morose people who have difficulty talking to each other about their anxiety while facing their graduation. Equally importantly, students cannot foresee the result of their examinations that can lead to either a good or a bad university in the future.

July is the most delightful month.
July is the most delightful month. After an exhausting year of college life, summer vacation comes. In July, I can come back to my hometown, Tainan, to give my sweet home a love hug. I can go hiking with my family, and the birds would chirp over my head as a warm welcome. When we get tired, we can take a rest under an emerald-green tree with the rhythm of rustling leaves or sit on the banks of a crystal-clear brook and talk about my school life as fish swim around our bare feet. July is the most delightful month because I can enjoy being with my family.

April is the most romantic month. In nature, trees begins to sprout and flowers start to bloom; both greet and crown the spring and make the world a beautiful place. On holidays, it is romantic that people rack their brains to come up with tricks to celebrate April Fools’ Day, a holiday that was originally invented to laugh at obstinate people who insist on celebrating New Year on April. In addition, April is also a name for girls who are energetic and sweet. This story of the name makes this month even more romantic.

November is the coziest month. The fresh breath of the breeze is pervading in the air, giving me a pleasant illusion that I’m walking on the street in Vancouver. The temperature is so delightful that it somehow cheers me up every time when I’m depressed and dejected. Thus, with its entirely pleasant ambiance, November makes me feel that all the tawdry things are turning into elegant jewels. In November, the atmosphere is filled with harmony, therefore, when I take a deep breath, I’m invigorated and full of energy.

December is the most romantic month. The freezing wind makes everyone wear heavy clothes and hold onto a cup of hot tea or coffee. with the coming of Christmas, there are jingling decorations everywhere on the street, and Christmas carols give people a pleasant feeling. Immersed in the harmonious atmosphere, lovers walk hand in hand slowly to enjoy the romantic moment with each other. Having a meal in a warm, well-decorated restaurant is the best thing to do.

Because of the song "Noviembre sin ti, " I think November is the warmest month of the year. This song is sung by a Mexican group, Reik. I heard this song when I was in the 10 grades; it was in November then. Because of its fascinating melody and touching lyric, I felt that November was the warmest month instead of a month of intolerable chilly days. I have been learning Spanish for more than three years; therefore, I can totally understand the lyric and the thoughts Reik wants to convey. That's the main reason why I consider November the warmest month.

December is the happiest month; it is a season for Christmas, Santa, and snow.

On the street, we see red and white. Santa with a big red belly is giving out blessings to chubby little babies.

Seeing through windows, we can see that families gather around the dining table, on which there are chicken and potatoes.

In the lane was silence. You hear the bell ring throughout the whole city.

The little match girl sat on top of the roof, watching white fairies dancing down the city.

Snow tasted like sugar, dancing down my throat.

Christmas is the time when all this begins.

February is the most dreadful month. Every February, visiting Dad’s family in Chiayi during the Chinese New Year is the last thing I want to do in the entire year, and therefore the week staying there is just as dreadful as taking the Introduction to Linguistics and the Survey of English Literature 120 hours in a row. Those relatives in Chiayi all treat me very nicely, but I just can’t stand the filthiness of their house, not to mention the fact that once I’ve seen at least a hundred cockroaches of various sizes fleeing away immediately as soon as I opened the door of the kitchen. Also, the voice of my relatives is uncannily ear-splitting to the point that you won’t believe the sound is made by ordinary human beings unless you hear it with your own ears. Since all these are unchangeable, the only thing I ask for is have more lucky money every year, which might probably make me start to like February a little bit more.

  9. June is the busiest month
    Name: Timmy
June is the busiest month for the student. Deadlines of most homework are settled in this month. The final big exams of most courses are held in the end of semester. Students are forced to deal with all those endless tasks and exams within that month. No any spare time will be released to students in this month, but yellow bee suit and cumulative assignments will.

I hate summer very much because when it comes, the weather will be hot and humid. I don’t feel like doing anything while my skin feels so sticky, so I would just give up on what I should do. If I don’t do those things, such as doing assignments, going to school, or interacting with others, my life could be nothing more than a mess. Consequently, everything could seem meaningless for me and I might live as a zombie without any emotions.

September is the most annoying season of the year. When it arrives with the capricious weather, I always have to suffer from my running nose. It is really bothersome that I have to throw away piles of used tissue paper over and over again. What’s worse, September means the end of the sweet summer vacation and the beginning of the tormenting semester. Leaving my warm bed and going to school with a running nose is one of the cruelest punishments to me.
